A different kind of
property company
EMBR Property was founded with a clear purpose: to bridge the gap between available housing stock and the local authorities and charities working to house vulnerable people across the UK.
From the outset, we built our model around the needs of the public sector — not the other way around. We understood that local authorities needed more than just a letting agency. They needed a partner who could respond at speed, maintain standards without compromise, and take on the complexity of management so their housing teams could focus on the people, not the paperwork.
Over time, our network has grown. We now work across multiple regions, managing a diverse portfolio of properties and maintaining deep, trusted relationships with local authorities, housing associations, and other accommodation providers.
Our growth has never been about scale for its own sake. It has been about being able to say yes more often — yes to the local authority facing an emergency placement at midnight, yes to the landlord who wants their property to serve a greater purpose, yes to the family who needs a safe place to call home.
